2011-2012 On Your Toes Policies

Tuition is for 38 classes over a 10 month period with approximately 4 classes per month.  Tuition is the same amount each month regardless if it is a 3 or 5 week month.  There is NO extra charge for months with 5 lessons, NOR is there a reduction or refund for any classes missed or holidays.  All accounts must have a credit card on file for automatic withdrawal of payments, with the exclusion of payments made in full for the year.  Upon registration payment plan must be designated and payment according to chosen plan must be made.  Tuition and fees are not refundable for any reason after start dates, including full year tuition payments.  Registration fees are non-refundable.  By registering your dancer and selecting the appropriate payment plan, you are authorizing us to make automatic payments for tuition and fees as detailed by payment plan selection.
We continue enrollment even after the start of the dance year, so some of our classses may reach our maximum size and we will have to close enrollment for the class.  For this reason, you may not sit out a month and then pick back up the next month.  Tuition is non-refundable.  There is NO discount for injury, because we encourage the student to come and observe class.    

Cancellation: 
To cancel automatic payments you must submit a signed cancellation form to On Your Toes 5 days prior to the next billing date and the $25 cancellation fee or I will be charged for all lessons and related fees.  After April 1st there will be no cancellations.

Late Fees:
If your credit card is cancelled or declined we will assess a $25 late fee if payment isn't made a week after the billing date.  We will alert you if your card is declined for any reason.

Costume, Recital Fees and Spring Recital T-Shirt Fee:
Costume fee, Recital fees and Spring Recital T-shirt fee are due October 15, 2011 for monthly and three payment plans.  Costume fee is based on age/class.  2-4 years olds (2-3 year old Pre-Dance Classes and 3-4 Ballet/Tap/Jazz Classes):  $70 per costume.  4-9 year olds (4-6 year old Ballet/Tap/Jazz and 4-6 year old Hip Hop fit here): $90 per costume.  Ages 9 and Up: $95 per costume.  Recital fees are $20 per recital and the Spring Recital T-shirt fee is $15.
Costume fees are nonrefundable for any reason.  Once payment is made you are committed to the purchase of the costume, even if you choose to discontinue the class or not participate in the recital.  We order costumes in October to have them in time for the Spring recital in June.  All student measurements will be taken by an On Your Toes Staff member in October.  If your child is not in class the day measurements are taken it is your responsibility to bring your child to be measured.  We do allow room for growth when measuring for costumes.  Returning and exchanging costumes is timely and costly.  If you do ask us to exchange your dancers costume there will be a $10 per costume exchange fee.  Any alterations that may need to be done are the responsibility of the parent.
