·       Big sisters and Little sisters are there to support each other. Big sisters can guide their little sister and help her through their first competition year. They can give them advice; their little sister can ask them to help practice their routines and give them feedback. This is a wonderful way to encourage team building skills and it is also a way for our entire company to bond. All ages young or old, should be supportive and close with on another.

·       Before each competition each sister can give on another fun presents for good luck. They can be a little inexpensive present or they can pass something of their own on to their sister for luck.

·       They will make signs for each other and be cheerleaders for their sister and their sister’s team!
