Ballet/Tap/Creative Movement - Begins a combination of three disciplines for students ages 2-4.  This class focuses on developing motor skills, learning basic dance moves, using proper terminology, and creating a strong foundation in the fundamentals of movement and expression.

Ballet/Tap/Jazz - Adds elements of jazz technique to the basic ballet and tap disciplines of the previous class.  This class focuses on applying basic dance knowledge to more specific dance stills.

Ballet - Emphasizes beauty and poise while developing strength, balance, flexibility and discipline.  Ballet is considered the basis of most other dance forms and a must-have for students who are serious about performing or competing.

Fitness/Conditioning - An all around good workout for all ages and styles of dancers, based on stretching, strengthening, and toning of muscles, helping keep dancers physically fit. 

Floor Barre - Ballet technique and strengthening exercises done while sitting or lying on the floor.  Emphasis on: posture, alighnment and placement while inceasing flexibility, rotation/turnout and strength.  This is a very popular technique used to enhance other dance forms/classes for porfessional and beginning dancers alike.

Hip Hop - Is a continuously changing style of dance ranging from very placed isolations, to quick rhythmical moves, to "pop and lock", to more casual pedestrian gestures, to jazz influenced moves, to very athletic floor work.  Each class takes on the particular style of the teacher and music.  (Contemporary and with a strong beat.)

Jazz - A dance style that combines body isolations, strong technique, rhythmical and stylized movements, progressions across the floor and various turns and leaps to a variety of music.

Liturgical - Contemporary, modern, jazz, ballet and/or lyrical movements with choreography based on scripture and Christian lyrics to songs.  It is used in prayer, praise and worship performance in church settings and for spiritual expression of dancers during class.

Lyrical/Modern - Lyrical combines ballet and jazz disciplines and emphasizes emotional expression.  Modern is a free-spirited, expressive form of dance that combines natural movement with classical technique.

Special Friends Class - For special needs children with a Parent of Para.

Tap - Emphasizes the mastery of fine motor skills through rhythmic movements of the feet.  Tap, which is showcased in Hollywood and on Broadway, is an enjoyable way to increase coordination and stay in shape.

Musical Theatre
- Explores the skills of stage dancers and actors to enhance performance and develop expressions of character.  These classes are essential for students interested in performance and competition.

Company - Describes competition dancers specifically; dancers who compete regionally and/or nationally.  Competitive dancers dedicate many hours per week to their dance training, working on choreographed routines, techniques, showmanship, expression and presentation.

Ballroom and Latin - (Rhythm and Smooth partner dances) All ages use partner dancing for recreational, social and competitive purposes.  Styles include, but are not limited to: Bolero, Cha-Cha, Country 2-step, East Coast Swing, Foxtrot, Hustle, Lindy Hop, Mambo, Merengue, Night Club 2-step, Paso Doble, Polka, Quickstep, Rumba, Salsa, Samba, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Waltz and West Coast Swing.
